🎯 Job Overview
PalmPay is seeking a proactive and experienced UX Designer with a strong background in fintech or device financing products.
The successful candidate will:
- Design seamless, conversion-driven user journeys
- Support customers from onboarding to repayment
- Simplify complex financial processes into intuitive, mobile-first experiences
🧭 Key Responsibilities
🧩 UX Design & User Journey
- Lead end-to-end UX design for device financing:
- Application
- Approval
- Disbursement
- Repayment
- Translate complex credit and financing processes into simple user flows
🔍 Research & Optimization
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Identify and resolve drop-off points in the financing journey
- Optimize user experience and conversion rates
📱 Design Execution
- Design:
- Wireframes
- Prototypes
- High-fidelity mobile interfaces
- Ensure clear communication of:
- Pricing
- Repayment terms
- Penalties
🤝 Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Product teams
- Engineering teams
- Risk and compliance teams
- Align UX design with business and regulatory requirements
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
📘 Education
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Cybersecurity
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Or related field
💼 Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of UX design experience
- Strong experience in:
- Fintech
- Device financing
- Digital lending (loan, BNPL, asset financing)
🧠 Technical Skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in:
- Figma (or similar design tools)
- Deep understanding of:
- Mobile-first design
- Emerging market users
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts
