🎯 Job Overview
DCB Commercial Bank is seeking a qualified ICT Risk Officer to ensure:
- Information security
- Business continuity
- Data protection frameworks
are effectively implemented, monitored, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
🔐 ICT Risk & Security
- Develop and implement ICT risk and information security policies
- Manage frameworks such as:
- Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Business Continuity Plans (BCP)
- Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP)
- Oversee:
- Cybersecurity monitoring
- Incident management
- Vulnerability assessments
- Penetration testing
🗂️ Access Control & Systems Management
- Manage user access and privileged accounts
- Ensure proper controls across:
- Applications
- Servers
- Databases
⚖️ Compliance & Data Protection
- Ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act
- Maintain registration as a Data Controller/Processor
- Report violations and ensure regulatory adherence
📊 Risk, Audit & Governance
- Conduct ICT risk assessments
- Coordinate closure of audit and regulatory findings
- Prevent recurrence of compliance issues
👥 Training & Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct staff awareness programs on:
- Cybersecurity
- ICT risks
- Data protection
- Liaise with:
- Regulators
- External agencies
- Internal users
💼 Business Support
- Support customer retention and cross-selling, especially digital products
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
📘 Education
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Or related field
📜 Professional Certifications (Added Advantage)
- CISA
- CRISC
- CISM
💼 Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
- Experience in a highly automated environment preferred

- ICT risk management
- Cybersecurity knowledge
- Data protection & compliance
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
