Position: CBM TECHNICIAN

Experience: 3–5 years with CBM tools (vibration analyzers, infrared cameras, ultrasonic testers)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Technical background in mechanical engineering
Proficiency with CBM tools including vibration analyzers, infrared cameras, and ultrasonic testers
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and recommend solutions
Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance strategies
Communication skills to collaborate with operations, planners, and maintenance teams

Vibration Analysis: Take vibration measurements of equipment (fans, gearboxes, pumps) and report findings
Alignment & Balancing: Ensure rotating equipment is properly aligned and balanced to reduce wear
Thickness Measurement: Inspect vessels and piping for corrosion or thinning
Oil Analysis: Test lubricants in gearboxes and transformers to detect contamination or wear
Calibration: Maintain CBM tools and ensure accurate readings
Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly equipment condition reports for maintenance and operations teams
