Job Vacancy: Senior Loan Officer
Department: Sales (SME)

Location: Dar es Salaam
Basic Job Functions
- Ensure smooth running of branch operations
- Provide overall direction to meet team targets and budgets
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Monitor daily repayments for all Assistant Loan Officers
- Guide and motivate the team towards higher productivity
- Ensure high ethical standards are maintained
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration or any related business field
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing
- Proficiency in computer applications
Additional Attributes
- Ability to coach, lead, and manage a team
- Good customer care skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
