🔹 Job Overview
The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) is responsible for driving customer acquisition, onboarding, and revenue growth through direct engagement with prospective clients. The role involves promoting banking products, building strong relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Sales
- Source and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and networking
- Promote and sell bank products (accounts, loans, deposits, insurance, cards, etc.)
- Conduct product presentations and explain features and benefits
- Perform structured cold calling targeting high-value prospects
- Follow up on leads to convert opportunities into sales
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure smooth handover of customers to Personal Bankers and Branch Managers
- Follow up to confirm customer satisfaction and service delivery
Account Opening & Compliance
- Complete account opening documentation accurately
- Ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements
- Adhere to service level agreements and internal policies
Market Intelligence & Business Development
- Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share
Customer Support
- Respond to client inquiries and provide product support
- Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable banking solutions

- Education: First Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
