Position Overview
Milan Fiber is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care & Administrative Officer to support both client-facing services and internal administrative operations. The role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Support
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure all communications and interactions are properly documented
3. Information Management
- Provide accurate information about company products and services
- Update and maintain internal databases and records
4. Administrative Duties
- Perform filing, data entry, and general record-keeping tasks
- Support daily office administrative operations
5. Coordination & Workflow Support
- Coordinate office activities and schedules
- Facilitate smooth collaboration between administrative and customer care functions
Minimum Requirements
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a combined:
- Customer care
- Administrative role
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong command of professional English
