Minimum Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be a Tanzanian citizen
• Have expertise in:
  • Finance
  • Accounting
  • Auditing
• Possess at least 10 years of senior management experience in:
  • Banking
  • Financial services (within Tanzania)
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the local business environment
• Meet “fit-and-proper” and independence criteria set by the Bank of Tanzania
• Have ICT governance or cybersecurity expertise (added advantage)
