As part of our expansion in Mwanza, we are seeking qualified, competent, and highly motivated professionals to join our team in the following positions:

STOREKEEPER (1 POSITION)

Location: Mwanza

Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Management
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in storekeeping or inventory control (construction industry is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, tools, equipment)
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to use MS Excel or inventory systems
• High integrity and responsibility
• Good communication with site and procurement teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record construction materials from suppliers
• Issue materials to site engineers based on approved requisitions
• Maintain accurate stock records for all materials and equipment
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages for procurement action
• Ensure proper storage, safety, and handling of materials
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation
• Coordinate material movement between sites, procurement, and transport
• Maintain organized and secure store environment
• Prepare stock reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
