Job Title: Logistics Intern – Field Operations (FOPS)

Role Overview

The Field Operations Intern will support the coordination and execution of field logistics activities. This includes assisting with planning, communication, and administrative tasks. The role offers hands-on experience within a large-scale infrastructure project environment.

Key Responsibilities

Track material deliveries across AGIs, Pumping Stations, and warehouses
Maintain logistics tracking sheets for road, air, and sea shipments
Support transport scheduling for trucks and inter-site deliveries
Update material movement records in the warehouse management system
Prepare daily reports on logistics activities and material movements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in:
- Business Administration
- Project Management
- Operations / Logistics
- Or a related field

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and time management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic planning and coordination abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced field environment
