Job Purpose
The role is responsible for leading and managing:
- Acquisition & Collection Agents
- Installation and Maintenance Technicians
- Dual Contractors
The position oversees the full customer lifecycle:
- Acquisition
- Collection
- Recovery
- Maintenance
- Fulfilment
Key Responsibilities
Business Management
- Develop and implement acquisition strategies aligned with regional targets
- Organize field activities to achieve revenue and performance targets
- Ensure timely and high-quality system installations
- Train teams on policies, processes, and operational procedures
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Mentor and coach team members to improve performance and engagement
- Train agents on sales, negotiation, and customer relationship building
Stock Management and Coordination
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory reports
- Conduct regular stock audits (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Manage and account for all stock (new, repossessed, returns, spare parts, demos)
- Ensure accountability for stock losses and recovery
- Comply with asset management and HSE policies
Installation & Maintenance Management
- Coordinate installation and maintenance technicians
- Support recruitment of technicians
- Prepare monthly installation monitoring reports
- Review commissions and manage payroll-related follow-ups
- Address faulty installations and coordinate with finance for deductions
- Ensure efficient repossession processes
- Handle disciplinary matters for technicians
Portfolio Monitoring
- Analyze portfolio performance and identify risks
- Conduct customer assessments to reduce default risk
- Manage loan recovery strategies (rescheduling, repossession, etc.)
- Maintain and update customer credit files
- Conduct field visits for recovery and customer engagement
- Resolve customer complaints and difficult cases (fraud, theft, missing clients)
- Report portfolio performance and challenges to the Zonal Business Manager
Team Management (Subordinates Effectiveness)
- Supervise daily activities of acquisition and collection agents
- Handle complex operational issues (e.g., theft, fire, conflict situations)
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding
- Conduct regular performance evaluations
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Coordinate with Zonal Service Coordinators on safety implementation
Additional Duties
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications
Education
- Degree in:
- Sales and Marketing
- Business Administration
- Microfinance
- Or related field
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years in:
- Sales
- Operations management
- Additional advantages:

- Credit management experience
