Onfon Microfinance is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer (HR) to join its team. This is a re-advertisement for the position.
The successful candidate will support daily HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Role Summary
The Human Resources Officer will support the company’s HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, staff development initiatives, performance management support, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support performance management and staff development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
- Handle employee relations matters
- Provide HR guidance and support to staff
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven HR experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with HR software is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
