Fiber Network Supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related field
- Experience working with fiber optic networks
- At least 2 years of experience in the fiber industry
- Experience supervising fiber technicians or technical teams
- Knowledge of fiber installation, splicing, testing & troubleshooting
- Ability to read network diagrams and technical reports
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Computer skills and report writing ability
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Must be disciplined, responsible, and trustworthy
- Valid driving license is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Supervising daily activities of fiber technicians
- Ensuring quality installation and maintenance of fiber networks
- Preparing work reports and updates
- Coordinating field operations and troubleshooting issues
- Ensuring safety procedures are followed during operations
