Job Vacancy: Telesales Agent

Platinum Credit Ltd is looking for a qualified individual to fill the position of Telesales Agent at their Head Office.

Call Management: Responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls.
Sales Performance: Responsible for achieving individual sales targets and collaborating with team members to achieve collective goals.
Client Engagement: Informing clients about market trends and linking the Zanzibar branch team with online customers.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Reporting customer issues to supervisors and providing opinions on resolutions.

Education: At least an Ordinary Diploma in Business.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
