Job Purpose

The Production Senior Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the production plan is achieved while maintaining required quality standards for all products.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the Production Team Leader informed on shift status and act as a liaison between staff and leadership
• Follow up on shift resources to ensure alignment with the production schedule
• Review and supervise the work of production section teams
• Ensure production equipment is in good working condition to meet process capability requirements
• Assist in implementing production plans
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance and support improvement initiatives
• Record production outputs for every shift
• Monitor machine speeds and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and ISO standards
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

Experience

• Minimum: 3 years
• Preferred: 5 years

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

• English proficiency required
