Request for Proposal (RFP): Supply of Furniture (Workstations) 🪑

BRAC Maendeleo Tanzania (BMT) invites qualified and experienced furniture suppliers to submit proposals for the supply of cubicle workstations to its office premises in Dar es Salaam.

Procedures for Preparing and Submitting Proposals

Interested bidders are required to submit both a technical proposal and a financial proposal containing the following information:

Technical Proposal and Financial Quotation:
- Provide detailed technical specifications and a financial quotation.
- Clearly indicate the delivery timeline, available stock, color, and material to be quoted.
Company Information:
- Submit a Company Profile along with relevant legal documents.
- Legal documents must include a Certificate of Incorporation or any other BRELA registration document and a valid Business License.
- Register of company (where applicable).
Tax Compliance Documents:
- Provide copies of the following valid tax-related documents:
  - Certificate of registration for Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
  - Certificate of registration for Value Added Tax (VAT).
  - Current Tax Clearance Certificate.
