Golden Eagle Associates, a Tax and Business Consulting firm operating from its Head Office in Morogoro and Branch Office in Dar es Salaam, invites applications from competent, ethical, and results-oriented professionals.

Available Positions

Business Development & Client Relationship Officer	2	Dar es Salaam	TZS 350,000 – 600,000 plus commission
Tax & Business Consulting Officer	4	Dar es Salaam and Morogoro	TZS 500,000 – 900,000

Key Requirements

Relevant qualification in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Public Relations, Entrepreneurship, or related field. Experience in tax, consulting, sales, client relationship management, business advisory, compliance services, or professional services will be an added advantage.

Role Focus

Consulting Operations Supervisor: supervise consulting assignments, allocate work, review deliverables, monitor deadlines, manage client files, and coordinate quality service delivery.
Business Development & Client Relationship Officer: generate leads, conduct client visits, follow up prospects, maintain the sales pipeline, support proposals, and expand Dar es Salaam branch opportunities.
Tax & Business Consulting Officer: support TRA, BRELA, tax compliance, business formalization, business plans, company profiles, financial projections, advisory notes, and client documentation.

Employment Conditions

All positions are subject to a three-month probation period. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM where business needs require. Shortlisted candidates will be assessed using structured interview scorecards and practical tests. Minimum appointment threshold: 70/100.
