Jubilee Health Insurance is recruiting for a Relationship Manager – Corporate, based in Dar es Salaam. The role reports to the Head of Business Retention and focuses on strengthening corporate client relationships and improving retention performance.
Position Overview
This role is responsible for:
- Managing and strengthening corporate client relationships
- Supporting retention strategies and reporting systems
- Enhancing client satisfaction and service quality
- Contributing to data-driven decision-making within the retention team
Key Responsibilities
1. Relationship Management
- Manage corporate client relationships following governance procedures
- Ensure accurate and timely client reporting
- Maintain strong communication with key stakeholders
2. Strategic Support
- Assist in implementing business retention strategies
- Support improvements in reporting and retention performance systems
- Contribute insights for strategic decision-making
3. Team Contribution & Reporting
- Provide input on retention performance metrics
- Share client feedback and insights during team reviews
- Support improvement of reporting accuracy and data quality
4. Professionalism & Compliance
- Demonstrate accountability in all assigned tasks
- Promote best practices in data handling and compliance
- Maintain high ethical and professional standards
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Customer Relationship Management
- Related field
Added Advantage
- Diploma in:
- Customer Service
- Insurance
- Data Analytics
Work Experience
- 2–3 years’ experience in:
- Customer Relationship Management
- Client retention
- Data analysis
Preferred industries:
- Insurance
- Healthcare
- Financial services
Technical Skills
- CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Data analytics tools
- Microsoft Office Suite
Professional Certifications
Required
- Certification in Customer Relationship Management or Customer Service
Preferred
- Data Protection certification
- Insurance-related certification
Advantageous
- Data Analytics certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate – Foundation Level)
- Membership in professional bodies (e.g., Marketing Society of Tanzania)
