Mega Beverages Limited, based in Arusha, is recruiting an Export Manager to lead international sales growth and expand the company’s presence across regional and global markets.
Position Overview
The Export Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving international sales expansion
- Developing export market strategies
- Managing distributors and trade partners
- Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations
- Coordinating end-to-end export logistics
The role is central to strengthening the company’s footprint in African and global markets.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Business Administration
- International Trade
- Marketing
- Related field
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in export sales
- Strong preference for experience in FMCG industry
Knowledge Requirements
- International trade regulations
- Logistics and export documentation
- Regional trade blocs:
- EAC
- SADC
- COMESA

Key Responsibilities
Export Strategy & Market Development
- Develop and implement export sales strategies aligned with growth targets
- Identify new international market opportunities
Distributor & Partner Management
- Identify, appoint, and manage export distributors
- Build and maintain strong international business relationships
Sales & Commercial Management
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
- Develop competitive export pricing strategies
- Manage forecasts and export order planning
Logistics & Compliance
- Coordinate shipment planning and delivery
- Work with logistics providers, clearing agents, and transporters
- Ensure compliance with:
- Export regulations
- Customs requirements
- International trade laws
