Founded in 1951, St. Constantine’s International School is the oldest international school in Tanzania and the largest in Northern Tanzania.

Role Overview
The successful candidate will support the daily life, welfare, supervision, and development of boarding students while contributing positively to the wider school community.
The role requires strong pastoral care skills, commitment to safeguarding, and enthusiasm for extracurricular involvement.
Key Requirements
Education
Preferred:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in:
- School environments
- Social work settings
- Youth development roles
- Significant experience working successfully with young people is essential
Skills & Attributes
Candidates should demonstrate:
- Passion for supporting children and young people
- Strong pastoral care and mentoring abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a boarding team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to holistic child development
- Active involvement in extracurricular activities
