Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in fleet management
- Experience within the tourism industry is required
Key Skills
- Vehicle maintenance and servicing
- Fleet operations management
- Team supervision and coordination
2. Operations Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Tourism Management
- Wildlife Conservation
- Business Administration
- Related field
Experience
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in:
- Safari operations
- Wildlife tourism
- At least 3 years in a managerial role
Key Skills
- Leadership and team management
- Operational planning and coordination
- Ability to manage teams in remote environments
3. HR Business Partner
Qualifications
- Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in:
- Human Resource Management
Experience
- Minimum 4 years’ HR experience
- At least 2 years in:
- HRBP role
- HR Generalist supervisory role or above
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the tourism industry
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of labor laws
- Advanced MS Office skills
- HR operations and employee relations management
