Bolt is hiring a B2B Account Manager to join the Bolt for Business team in Tanzania.
This role focuses on:
- Growing existing business accounts
- Increasing product usage and revenue
- Managing customer relationships
- Expanding Bolt services across client portfolios
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients
- Drive revenue, GMV, and order growth
- Conduct client meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Onboard strategic clients
- Monitor account performance and retention risks
- Maintain accurate CRM and Salesforce records
- Collaborate with Customer Support and regional teams
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- 3–5 years of experience in:
- Account Management
- B2B Sales
- Customer Success
- Similar commercial roles
- Experience growing existing client accounts
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Fluency in:
- Swahili
- English
