Position: Tendering & Business Development Officer
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting tenders, as well as supporting business growth through new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Identify relevant tender opportunities from government, NGOs, and private sector platforms.

Prepare and submit complete and competitive tender documents.

Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and deadlines.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation.

Track tender results and maintain proper records.

Support business development and client acquisition initiatives.
Requirements

Proven experience in tender preparation and submission.

Good understanding of procurement procedures (government and private sector).
