Position: Senior Manager; Groups and Digital Loans

Job Purpose
The Senior Manager; Groups and Digital Loans will lead the strategy, growth, and performance of:
- Group accounts
- Digital lending products
- Micro loan portfolios
The role is responsible for managing the full product lifecycle across the retail banking ecosystem, ensuring growth, profitability, compliance, customer value, and portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
Strategy & Product Development
- Develop and execute strategies, roadmaps, and annual business plans for groups and digital loans.
- Design and enhance group account and digital microloan products.
- Improve customer acquisition, activation, retention, and portfolio penetration.
Portfolio & Risk Management
- Define pricing models, eligibility rules, repayment structures, and customer journeys.
- Optimize:
- Scorecards
- Segmentation models
- Decisioning logic
- Credit line management strategies
- Monitor portfolio performance using:
- Commercial KPIs
- Risk KPIs
- Operational KPIs
Customer Experience & Responsible Lending
- Promote responsible lending and affordability assessments.
- Improve customer education and financial wellness outcomes.
- Ensure fair treatment of customers.
Collections & Recoveries
- Drive collections and recoveries strategies.
- Minimize delinquency and write-offs.
- Improve cash recovery performance.
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare:
- Business cases
- Forecasts
- Management reports
- Portfolio reviews
- Ensure compliance with:
- Internal policies
- Regulatory requirements
- Credit risk standards
- Audit expectations
Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Foster collaboration across departments and stakeholders.
