Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

Programme & Operations Support

• Support coordination and implementation of organizational activities.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and operational resources.
• Organize:
  • Meetings
  • Workshops
  • Trainings
  • Cohort events

Logistics & Administration

• Manage:
  • Logistics
  • Procurement
  • Supplier coordination
  • Bookings and scheduling
• Maintain organized project documentation and records.

Reporting & Data Management

• Assist with:
  • Data collection
  • Data compilation and processing
  • Donor and partner reporting
• Support bookkeeping and financial accountability processes.

Communications & Storytelling

• Collect stories of impact from entrepreneurs and partners.
• Support organizational communications and reporting needs.

Team Support

• Contribute beyond assigned responsibilities when needed.
• Support a small entrepreneurial team delivering high-impact work.

Requirements

Applicants must possess:

• Undergraduate Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
