Job Description

The Sales Proposals & Value Proposition Intern will support the Advertising Department in developing customized sales proposals, client presentations, and value propositions aimed at driving revenue growth, client acquisition, retention, and integrated media solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customized advertising proposals and integrated media solutions tailored to client needs.
• Prepare compelling sales presentations, pitch decks, sponsorship proposals, and commercial offers.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to understand client objectives and develop strategic value propositions.
• Support the development of innovative advertising packages across print, digital, events, and other MCL platforms.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen proposal positioning and client targeting.
• Coordinate with Editorial, Marketing, Digital, Events, and Creative teams in developing client solutions.
• Assist in pricing analysis, inventory planning, and packaging of advertising opportunities.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of proposals in line with client deadlines.
• Maintain a repository/database of proposal templates, client presentations, and commercial materials.
• Track proposal outcomes and provide insights to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
• Support business development initiatives and revenue generation activities within the department.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Business Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Economics, or related field from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales support, business development, proposal writing, advertising, or client service.
• Strong proposal writing and presentation development skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Commercial awareness and analytical thinking.
• Creativity and innovation in developing client solutions.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
