Job Overview

• Job Title: LBF Branch Sales Team Leader

• Department: Sales

• Number of Positions: 2

• Job Location: Unguja

Key Responsibilities (Basic Job Functions)

• Team Development: Recruit, train, and coach members of the Sales Team.

• Performance Management: Ensure the team successfully meets and achieves its Sales Targets.

• Portfolio Quality: Monitor and ensure the sales portfolio performs within established Company standards.

• Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required business reports.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Business Administration or any other Business-related field.

• Experience: At least two (2) years of practical experience in sales and marketing.

• Digital Skills: Practical proficiency in standard computer applications.

Core Attributes & Skills

• Proven ability to coach, lead, and effectively manage a team.

• Strong customer care and interpersonal skills.

• Solid analytical, communication, and reporting abilities.

• Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
