Alfa Pharmaceuticals functions as a critical domestic facility designed to produce life-saving intravenous (IV) infusions and Large Volume Parenterals (LVPs) locally. VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT – STERLIZER OPERATOR (ELECTRICAL)
Alfa Pharmaceuticals Ltd., a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Dar es Salaam, is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Sterlizer Operator (Electrical) to join our Engineering Department.
Key Responsibilities:
· Record batch data and maintain accurate documentation.
· Follow GMP, SOP, and safety regulations.
· Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
· Report deviations, malfunctions, or contamination risks.
· Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Production teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
· Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup is an added advantage.
· Strong understanding of equipment maintenance, safety procedures, and operations.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
