Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing workforce insights that enable a positive employee experience by researching key trends within the organization and externally. The role involves delivering feedback that allows the People & Culture function to proactively manage and engage employees in a transforming work environment.

The incumbent will also analyze and integrate workforce data, prepare reports, and provide insights that help business and People & Culture leaders make informed decisions while supporting a digitally driven People & Culture strategy and philosophy.


Qualifications

Education

  • First Degree (Bachelor’s Degree) in:
    • Social Sciences
    • Business Management
    • Or any other related field

Experience Required

People & Culture

  • 3–4 years of relevant experience within the area of specialization.
  • Demonstrated workplace experience with a proven track record in:
    • Data administration and management
    • Data collection, analysis, and distribution
    • Database management and information systems technologies
  • Experience working with:
    • SQL
    • MySQL
    • AWS
    • Microsoft Azure
