Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing workforce insights that enable a positive employee experience by researching key trends within the organization and externally. The role involves delivering feedback that allows the People & Culture function to proactively manage and engage employees in a transforming work environment.
The incumbent will also analyze and integrate workforce data, prepare reports, and provide insights that help business and People & Culture leaders make informed decisions while supporting a digitally driven People & Culture strategy and philosophy.
Qualifications
Education
- First Degree (Bachelor’s Degree) in:
- Social Sciences
- Business Management
- Or any other related field
Experience Required
People & Culture
- 3–4 years of relevant experience within the area of specialization.
- Demonstrated workplace experience with a proven track record in:
- Data administration and management
- Data collection, analysis, and distribution
- Database management and information systems technologies
- Experience working with:
- SQL
- MySQL
- AWS
- Microsoft Azure
