Job Title: Lead, Marketing and Communication
Job Summary
The Lead, Marketing and Communication is responsible for developing and executing OTAPP’s marketing strategies, overseeing communication campaigns, and ensuring that brand, content, and creative initiatives deliver measurable impact.
This role leads the marketing function, coordinates with creative teams, and ensures all campaigns, digital platforms, and offline communications align with business goals and strategic objectives. The position drives engagement, growth, and brand recognition through integrated marketing efforts.
Role Overview
The Lead, Marketing and Communication serves as the primary contributor to the marketing function, handling campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
The role works closely with internal teams to guide visual and creative outputs, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing campaign effectiveness. The position ensures that all marketing initiatives are strategically aligned, innovative, and capable of delivering measurable business results.
Educational Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or communications leadership
- Proven track record of managing campaigns, teams, and multi-channel marketing initiatives
- Experience in digital marketing, traditional marketing, social media management, and content strategy
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities within tight deadlines
- Knowledge of branding, design principles, and creative production processes is an added advantage
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in market research and generating data-driven insights for decision-making
- Proven sales and marketing strategy capabilities to support business growth and brand awareness
- Ability to coordinate, motivate, and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success in developing innovative campaigns and achieving measurable results
- Knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage
