Primary Responsibilities:

Manage procurement activities to ensure timely sourcing of quality products and services.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable delivery.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing requirements with all departments.

Analyze purchasing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and procurement procedures.

Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to support efficient cost management.
Requirements:

Not less than 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.

Experience in inventory management and supplier relationship management.

Proficiency in purchasing systems.
-
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
-
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-
Background in hospitality is an added advantage.

Knowledge and experience in cost control will be an added advantage.
