About the Role
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Business Development Manager in the insurance sector. The position is primarily focused on driving business growth, customer acquisition, and strategic market expansion. A strong emphasis is placed on English communication for client engagement and professional proposal development.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to expand insurance market share.

Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and secure profitable new business opportunities in both corporate and retail segments.

Relationship Management: Lead client engagement initiatives and manage relationships with key strategic accounts.

Risk Advisory: Provide expert advisory services on the insurance market outlook and general risk management.

Documentation: Prepare high-quality business proposals, formal contracts, and professional presentations.

Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, networking, and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a closely related field.

Experience: 4+ years of proven, successful experience in insurance business development or sales.

Language: Strong command of both spoken and written English.
