About the Role

The successful candidates will be responsible for loan administration, collections, customer relationship management, and achieving business growth targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Main Duties

• Review and follow up on open customer accounts to ensure timely repayment.
• Collect loan repayments in accordance with agreed repayment schedules.
• Conduct customer due diligence and maintain accurate Know Your Customer (KYC) records.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Perform front desk and customer support functions when required.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Performance Targets (KPIs)

The position will be measured against:

• Monthly loan disbursement targets.
• Collection and recovery targets.
• New customer acquisition targets.
• Active customer portfolio targets.
• Customer service performance standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• High School Certificate (Form Four or Form Six).
• Previous experience in microfinance, banking, lending, or financial services will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use digital systems.
• Ownership of a smartphone will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented attitude.
