Mapinga Premium Foods is seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join our growing team at our production facility located in Mapinga, Bagamoyo.

1. Technician (Mechanical)
Location
Mapinga, Bagamoyo
Key Requirements
- Technical Certification or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Mechanical Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in operating and maintaining production machinery within the food manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Strong troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical manuals, drawings, and diagrams.
- Good understanding of workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational requirements.

2. Technician (Electrical)
Location
Mapinga, Bagamoyo
Key Requirements
- Technical Certification or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Electrical Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in operating and maintaining production machinery, with a strong focus on electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to electrical equipment and components.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Good understanding of safety protocols and electrical compliance requirements.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational requirements.

3. POSITIONS: SHIFT COORDINATORS
LOCATION: Mapinga, Bagamoyo
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or coordination role within food processing or manufacturing.

Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control, and production processes.

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
-
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
