Job Summary
Johari Rotana is seeking dynamic, customer-focused, and self-motivated professionals to join its Front Office team as Lobby Ambassadors.
The successful candidate will provide a warm welcome to guests, deliver exceptional customer service, support guest registration and check-in processes, and serve as a key point of contact throughout the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Reception & Service
- Offer professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service at all times.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide assistance throughout their stay.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries and requests.
- Escort guests from the hotel entrance to the check-in area.
- Bid farewell to guests upon departure.
Guest Experience Management
- Promote and uphold the standards of the Arabian Cultural Connection Program.
- Interact with guests through the coffee and dates station.
- Attend to guests waiting in check-in queues.
- Greet guests during breakfast and inquire about their satisfaction.
- Provide personalized attention to:
- Club Rotana Guests
- VIP Guests
- Rotana Rewards Members
Front Office Support
- Use the Tablet Registration Tool to register guests while waiting for check-in.
- Assist in facilitating a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Identify revenue opportunities by:
- Taking restaurant reservations
- Generating sales leads
- Promoting hotel services and facilities
- Inform guests about current hotel promotions, offers, and packages.
Information & Communication
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of:
- Hotel facilities and services
- Local attractions and services
- Promotional campaigns and special offers
- Provide accurate information and recommendations to guests.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience
- Previous experience in a Front Office Department within a hotel is preferred.
Language Skills
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
