Jubilee Life Insurance Tanzania is seeking highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven individuals to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to team members.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and submit sales and performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Insurance
  • Finance
  • Economics
  • Or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Sales and team management experience will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
