🧾 Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling company electronic products, supporting marketing campaigns, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets to drive company growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Promote and market company products and services
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
Achieve assigned sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Manage and maintain customer relationships
Follow up on sales opportunities
Support marketing campaigns and promotional events
Assist in organizing promotional activities
Prepare weekly and monthly sales & marketing reports
Perform any other duties assigned by management

🎓 Minimum Qualifications

Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales & marketing (electronics, mobile phones, consumer electronics preferred)
Experience in retail sales, dealer management, or distribution channels is an added advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer relationship management skills
Market research and competitor analysis
Digital and social media marketing knowledge
Report writing and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
