Position: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

Role Purpose
The HR Business Partner will work closely with business units to implement people strategies that improve performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with the bank’s overall strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage bank-wide performance management processes, including objective setting, monthly and annual reviews, and performance improvement plans
- Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives through surveys, feedback systems, action plans, and branch visits
- Manage talent acquisition and workforce planning in line with business needs and approved structures
- Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievance handling, and compliance with labor laws
- Support updates of HR manuals and HR policies
- Prepare HR reports for both local and Group-level submission
- Coordinate staff engagement activities and initiatives to improve morale and retention
- Support execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Identify high-potential employees and development opportunities
- Provide HR advisory support to line managers on employee relations and team performance
- Monitor attrition trends and workforce analytics, recommending retention interventions
- Ensure accurate HR data management for decision-making and regulatory compliance
- Support succession planning and development of critical roles
- Participate in organizational change and restructuring processes
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks across the Bank
- Facilitate onboarding and integration of new employees

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) is an advantage
- 5–8 years of HR experience, including exposure to business partnering roles
