Position Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • University degree in:
    • Business Administration
    • Management
    • Or another related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of proven experience in:
    • Channel sales
    • Partner management
    • Preferably within the telecommunications industry.

Core Responsibilities

1. Performance Monitoring & Analysis

  • Monitor partner shop performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and performance targets.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement actions.

2. Channel Engagement & Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner shops.
  • Provide operational guidance and ongoing support.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational challenges affecting partner performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.

3. Training & Capability Building

  • Plan and deliver training sessions for partner teams.
  • Strengthen product knowledge and customer service capabilities.
  • Support continuous improvement of operational and service standards.

4. Reporting & Business Insights

  • Prepare regular performance reports.
  • Analyze business performance data.
  • Present actionable insights to support management decision-making.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure partner shops comply with:
    • Company policies
    • Operational procedures
    • Regulatory requirements
  • Monitor operational risks and recommend corrective measures where necessary.
