Position Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- University degree in:
- Business Administration
- Management
- Or another related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of proven experience in:
- Channel sales
- Partner management
- Preferably within the telecommunications industry.
Core Responsibilities
1. Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Monitor partner shop performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and performance targets.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement actions.
2. Channel Engagement & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner shops.
- Provide operational guidance and ongoing support.
- Resolve day-to-day operational challenges affecting partner performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
3. Training & Capability Building
- Plan and deliver training sessions for partner teams.
- Strengthen product knowledge and customer service capabilities.
- Support continuous improvement of operational and service standards.
4. Reporting & Business Insights
- Prepare regular performance reports.
- Analyze business performance data.
- Present actionable insights to support management decision-making.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure partner shops comply with:
- Company policies
- Operational procedures
- Regulatory requirements
- Monitor operational risks and recommend corrective measures where necessary.
