Job Summary

The School of St Jude is inviting applications from qualified Tanzanian candidates for the position of Cleaner. Applicants must be residents of Moshono, preferably near the school’s Sisia Campus, and have experience working in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean furniture, equipment, classrooms, halls, dining areas, and other community spaces.
• Clean and disinfect toilets and kitchen areas.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition.
• Ensure proper handling and care of food utensils.
• Keep records of cleaning equipment used for budgeting purposes.
• Complete and submit cleaning forms on time to the Chief Operations Officer.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or employer.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning within a school environment.
• Tanzanian citizen aged 28 years or above.
• Resident of Moshono, preferably near The School of St Jude, Sisia Campus.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to follow work procedures.
