About the Role

Inua Hub Tanzania is looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial Business Development Associate to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and support the long-term sustainability of its programs. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about entrepreneurship, youth empowerment, innovation, and social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research partnership, sponsorship, and funding opportunities.
• Support the development and management of the organization’s partnership and revenue pipeline.
• Collaborate with corporate, government, academic, and development partners.
• Contribute ideas for new programs, services, and income-generating initiatives.
• Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and concept notes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities aligned with the organization’s mission.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
