Position Overview
Bulyanhulu Gold Mine is seeking qualified HME Maintenance Trainers to provide training, systems, and maintenance strategies for heavy mining equipment. The role focuses on improving equipment reliability, maximizing machine availability, and developing the skills of the maintenance workforce using industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs on heavy equipment systems (engines, hydraulics, electrical systems).
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to mechanics and trainees.
- Conduct safety training and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Create and update training materials and maintenance procedures.
- Assess trainee competency through tests and evaluations.
- Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Stay updated on industry technology and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and performance metrics.
Qualification Requirements
- Heavy Diesel Fitter Trade Test
- Extensive knowledge of Sandvik Underground Trackless Mining Equipment
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years experience on mechanized mining equipment.
- Experience with automation of underground mechanized equipment.
- Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance systems.
- Ability to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime.
- Proven experience in a high-speed mechanized mining environment.
