Sales and Marketing Officer (2 Positions) at AEI – July 2026
AEI is seeking qualified and results-oriented professionals to fill two (2) Sales and Marketing Officer positions. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company’s engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, developing strong client relationships, and supporting business growth.

Sales and Marketing Officer (2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the engineering, construction, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Generate new leads through networking, client visits, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project owners.
- Promote the company’s engineering, procurement, and construction services to prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers.
- Coordinate with engineering and estimating teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with clients.
- Follow up on quotations and proposals to secure new projects and maximize sales conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry events to expand business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least two (2) years of sales experience, preferably in an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), construction, engineering, or industrial company.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements.
- A self-motivated, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
