Position: Italian & Swedish Tour Consultant

Work Arrangement: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries, bookings, and payments through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls while ensuring prompt responses.
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries that accurately reflect clients’ requests and booked services.
• Generate invoices for confirmed bookings and follow up on timely payment collection.
• Collect customer feedback after safari experiences and address any concerns professionally.
• Communicate booking and itinerary updates clearly before and during clients’ trips.
• Proactively resolve issues to ensure a smooth and memorable safari experience with high customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Excellent proficiency in Italian or Swedish language (spoken and written).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the travel industry, particularly in tour consulting or hotel operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience selling Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, and other East African destinations.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work varied hours when required.
