Position: Head of Management Consulting

Job Summary

The Head of Management Consulting will provide strategic leadership in managing consulting projects, driving business growth, developing winning proposals, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality consulting services. The successful candidate will lead the consulting team while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consulting projects from planning through to successful delivery.
• Prepare and manage technical and financial tender proposals.
• Develop and implement business growth and consulting strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the consulting team.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in:
  • Management consulting
  • Project management
  • Technical and financial tender preparation
  • Stakeholder engagement
