Job Purpose
The Management Trainee Programme is designed to provide graduates with practical banking knowledge and professional skills required to undertake future roles within the bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training programmes across different departments.

- Gain knowledge of banking operations, policies, procedures, and systems.
