About the Role

Braeburn Schools Tanzania Limited is seeking a motivated and professional IT Technician to provide technical support and manage the school’s information technology environment.

The IT Technician will serve as the school’s primary in-house technical resource, responsible for the daily operation, security, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ICT systems, communication equipment, and learning technologies across the school.

Key Responsibilities

The role combines hands-on technical support with:

• Systems administration.
• Data management.
• Information security.
• End-user training.
• Maintenance and support of ICT equipment.
• Supporting digital learning technologies.
• Ensuring reliable operation of school technology systems.

Required Experience & Skills

Candidates should have experience in:

• IT technical support and troubleshooting.
• Systems administration.
• Data management and information security practices.
• Supporting end users and providing technical training.
• Maintaining ICT equipment and infrastructure.

Advantageous Experience

Experience with the following systems will be an added advantage:

• ENGAGE School Management Information System (MIS).
• Google Workspace for Education.
• Google Classroom.
