About TANICA

Tanganyika Instant Coffee Co. Ltd (TANICA), headquartered in Bukoba Municipality, Kagera Region, has been producing instant coffee in Tanzania since 1963. The company is inviting qualified and experienced Tanzanian candidates to apply for the position below.

Position: Sales and Marketing Officer

Duty Stations:

• Bukoba – 1 Position
• Mwanza – 1 Position
• Arusha – 1 Position
• Dar es Salaam – 1 Position

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out sales, marketing, and clerical support activities within the department and sales centers.
• Collect and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market information related to company products.
• Identify and secure customer sales orders to support revenue generation.
• Provide after-sales services and maintain strong customer relationships through visits to supermarkets, hotels, and other clients.
• Support market research and data collection activities.
• Ensure timely banking of daily sales in accordance with company procedures.
• Prepare and submit sales activity reports to the immediate supervisor.
• Perform any other lawful duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
