Tanganyika Instant Coffee Co. Ltd (TANICA), headquartered in Bukoba Municipality, Kagera Region, has been producing instant coffee in Tanzania since 1963. The company is inviting qualified and experienced Tanzanian candidates to apply for the position below.

Position: Sales Cum Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Transport company products and materials safely to customers and designated locations.
• Ensure the safety and security of products and staff during transportation.
• Respond to customer inquiries during mobile sales and marketing activities.
• Ensure timely transportation of staff and materials as instructed.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and well-maintained through regular washing and servicing.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle remains in good working condition.
• Report any accidents, damage, or vehicle-related incidents to the immediate supervisor.
• Maintain records of vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, parking fees, and security expenses.
• Keep an accurate travel logbook, including routes, travel time, and working hours.
• Perform any other lawful duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must:

• Hold a Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV).
• Possess a Driving Certificate from a recognized training institution.
• Hold at least a Certificate in a Business-related field.
• Have a valid Class “E” Driving License.
• Possess a minimum of three (3) years of driving experience with a proven accident-free driving record.
